Andrew Sullivan thinks that the iPod is a social evil.
Although he has some decent points, his reaction is funny because it is the exact kind of self-absorbed naval gazing that he deplores in the press. Maybe he should spend some time in a small town? I rarely see people walking about with the dreaded white buds in their ears.
Why didn't they call this the "Big Tax Breaks for Multinationals" act? I guess that didn't sound as good as the Job Creation Act or whatever Orwellian terms they use for describing it.
You definitely want to be around for the next 20 years if Ray Kurtzweil is right.
He is a very smart guy, but I'm skeptical that immortality will be part of the human condition in 20 years.
Like everyone else, I've received email Spam. I've been hit by comment Spam before (and, unfortunately had to turn comments off on my blog as a result) and now I've been hit by trackback Spam. It was pretty minor, but if I get more, I might have to turn off trackbacks as well (not that I get that many anyway ;-)
